Ships from the novel "the Final 7"






The Graviton Lance is a space light cruiser from my novel The Final 7. It flies using a gravity drive rather than typical engines. The ship essentially 'falls in the direction it wants to fly' being pulled by gravity. As it doesn't have outward facing engines, it makes the ship incredibly hard to disable so it is a fearsome ship to fight against. The Graviton Lance is equipped with an andromium crystal reactor as its power source, four twin barreled 203mm gun turrets as its main armament and two 127mm gatling cannons as its secondary armament on rotating barbettes so it can deploy each of the armament on either side when necessary. The ship is also equipped with 18 harpoon guided missiles and an electromagnetic pulse emitter.







Xiphoid is a space battlecruiser from my novel The Final 7. It is an advancement upon the Gravity Drive technology used in Graviton Lance and is slightly bigger so it can be equipped with more powerful weaponry. Xiphoid is powered by an andromium crystal reactor and a bubble shield generator. The ship has two foldable supermassive electromagnetic railguns as its main armament, eight 380mm fragmentation projectile turrets and as its secondary armament. Xiphoid is also equipped with four structural disruption missiles.

Space battleship Satsuma Mk2 is an upgraded version of the Japanese seafaring battleship Satsuma mk1 from the Time Travel Force in my novel The Final 7. Satsuma Mk2 features a hidden andromium crystal reactor and the 'mirrored' concept giving the flying ship firing arcs all around the ship. Satsuma mk2 is equipped with four triple barrel 510mm andromium energy emitter turrets as its main armament, four quad and four penta barrel 180mm andromium energy emitter turrets as its secondary armament. Satsuma mk2 is also equipped with 4 harpoon guided missile arrays.

Super Battleship Montana was originally named "project 4", but was changed throughout the writing of the novel as new aspects were added and removed from it. Montana has twelve 762mm cannons as her main armament, fifteen 203mm guns, sixteen 500mm torpedoes, ten harpoon missiles, three nuclear micro cruise missiles as its secondary armament, eighty 88mm flak cannons, five Phalanx CIWS for Anti aircraft/missile armament and carries three reconnaissance aircraft. The sea going ship is massive and incredibly heavily armed as it functions as the allied fleet's flagship before the time travel event.







Super destroyer prototype 1 was the last modern missile destroyer built before world war three, when the battleship was deemed the prefered warship for sea going fleets. In the Battle of Los Angeles, the ship was severely damaged and disabled when faced with the axis' first modern battleship fleet. It was later scuttled. Prototype 1 was equipped with an advanced engine and thruster system that propelled the ship to a staggering speed of over 100 knots. The destroyer was armed with two 127mm long distance rail guns as its main armament, two quad tube reloadable micro intercontinental ballistic missile launchers with autoloaders and two Phalanx CIWS for anti aircraft.

Battleship Doreiku was the first andromium crystal powered warship. Doreiku was originally designed and built in the alternate reality called 'The Bad Future' before they traveled back in time to try and stop it from occurring. Battleship Doreiku, Battleship Satsuma mk1, Battleship Iowa mk1, Aircraft Carrier Midway Mk1, Destroyer Yuudachi mk1 and Destroyer Fletcher mk1 were the ships of the combined American and Japanese time travel force. Some of the second versions of these ships are also shown here. Doreiku was converted into a flying battleship partway through the story. Doreiku equipped with twelve 762mm cannons as her main armament, 42 twin 127mm cannons, 168 harpoon missiles,16 intercontinental ballistic missiles as its secondary armament and 6 Phalanx CIWS for anti aircraft. Doreiku was the flagship of the time travel fleet and replaced Montana after contact. Although after its destruction Montana retook its throne.

Destroyer Yuudachi mk2 is the first andromium powered flying destroyer. The ship is a modernised, upgraded and mirrored version of the sea going ship Yuudachi mk1 which came along with Doreiku during the time travel event. As destroyers were no longer very useful in modern warfare the ship was equipped with a prototype cloaking generator and was mostly used for scouting enemy forces undetected. If detected, the ship was still well capable of defending itself. Destroyer Yuudachi is equipped with three 127mm cannons as its main armament, eight 600mm reloadable guided missile-torpedo tubes as its secondary armament and three Phalanx CIWS for Anti aircraft.

Spacecraft carrier Midway Mk2 along with Shimakaze Mk2 were designed and built secretly and were only found when the base came under attack. The situation required an emergency evacuation, even though the ships were not completely finished at the time. The ship's design was changed for better performance in the situations following the attack. Midway Mk2 was not andromium powered as the secrecy of the construction prevented such technology from being used. Midway mk2 is equipped with 13, B-55 heavy bombers and 30 F-87 space fighter jets, as well as two twin 203mm turrets and 6 Phalanx CIWS for defence. The ship has an aircraft manufacturing plant onboard so during battle the ship can produce new aircraft if necessary.
